Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot <\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 5-year pilot programs that let qualified caregivers and their family members come to Canada with the goal of becoming permanent residents.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Home Child Care Provider Pilot \u2013 NOC 4411<\/strong><\/h3>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Home Support Worker Pilot \u2013 NOC 4412<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • have enough\u00a0work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • have at least\u00a024 months<\/strong>of full-time work experience in Canada in the 36 months before you apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • meet the\u00a0language level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • minimum language skill is\u00a0CLB 5<\/strong>in English or NLCL 5 in French<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • meet the\u00a0education requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • have a completed post-secondary education credential of at least 1 year in Canada.<\/li>\n
            • If you don\u2019t have a Canadian education credential, you need to get your foreign\u00a0education credential assessedto show that it\u2019s equal to a completed Canadian post-secondary education credential of at least 1 year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • are\u00a0admissible to Canada<\/li>\n
              • plan to live outside the province of\u00a0Quebec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • have a job offer to work in one of these occupations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Through these pilots, you\u2019ll get an open work permit to come to Canada and work temporarily. This work permit:<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • is occupation-restricted (so you have to work in that specific occupation)<\/li>\n
                  • doesn\u2019t need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)<\/li>\n
